"I was nervous after a disappointing experience with this company in 2013 however this was very different and it was good. On time and a pleasant and quick journey Very affordable given it was also a train strike On the constructive side: The app needs improvement, I need to see the drivers license plate to recognise the driver, driver name would be nice too. When I called to try and change the time it wasn’t possible but it would be nice if the customer service was more like Addison Lees The driver didn’t pick up at the spot which I added to the booking, he did call but it was difficult to understand where he was but I found him eventually "
