"Overall a great experience and a comfortable / safe ride back home which was most welcome. Lovely, plush car with a pleasant driver so thank you for that. Only comment is that the driver was not told my pick up was a meet and greet inside the airport arrivals terminal which is what I booked, and this is the second time this has happened to me - not the biggest issue in the world but not OK after a very long day of travelling! Thanks again though for the great service - left a tip with the driver personally."
