I asked for a 6 seater or above but a standard 5 seater was sent when no social distancing was possible as my daughter had to sit at front...not happy.terrible service received. Never going to use again. "

"The driver was visibly coughing, speaking with me with no mask on, Also, he did not want to believe I've already paid the drive by card, and he even wanted to take my phone in his naked hands to take a picture of the receipt. I took a taxi to minimize the risk of contagion, and it turns out that I have increased it exponentially. These people put customers at risk with their recklessness, and if they show the slightest symptom should not go to work."

"Our journey was at 02:30 and the driver came at 03:00. He said the actual driver was asleep so he came to make us a ‘favour’. I do not know how this is a favour if I have already paid 63 pounds. Also, we paid extra for a Mercedes E-Class but we did not have that. Even though we were late to the airport and had a very different vehicle, no one offered us to give our money back. Overall it was a very bad experience and we do not recommend."

"The GPS system used by the driver, let him down badly in the Croydon area taking us round and round in circles which added about 40 minutes to the journey time. Eventually it came good, I felt sorry for the driver as he did his best. and he drove very well and safely ? The delay didn't cause any real problems. I did tip the driver at the end of the journey."

"I called the taxi operator in the morning of the journey to ask if the seats would go down to accommodate all the kit I was carrying- they said yes all the seats go down, this was not true The driver was 10 mins late, no phone call or warning. He was rude and unhelpful When I asked about why I was told that the seats go down on his car he said- they will literally tell you anything ! We did fortunately get everything in and there was a spare seat so another member of our film crew wanted to also go in the car. The driver was very aggressive about not allowing this - I understand it may be your policy but he was rude! we had a miserable trip with an angry driver who had nothing good to say about your service - this is why I use Uber and Addison Lee, I have never had an experience this negative with them "

"On a schedule had to hail cab. Driver lied that he was there. Said I had given wrong address which was easy to dispute as I shared a screenshot of the booking with correct address. Hoping Taxicode does not pay mercury as they were a no show. Taxicode CS has been helpful so far in effort to get refund. "

"Your reservation team sent the wrong flight details to my mail box on the day of of my pick up even after I had called the previous day to change my flight details because of a flight cancellation. I arrived and waited an hour before the driver showed up. I called your help desk who told me the driver was at the airport but that was incorrect. Your drivers seem to only be willing to call local numbers and not international numbers which is absurd and unacceptable! Your driver was again late for my return trip and didn’t call to let me know he was around but sent a text! He also didn’t show up with the Mercedes E Class I paid for but a less comfortable Audi."

I subsequently booked elsewhere and could not cancel the book via telephone as I was put on hold for 30 mins on (4) occasions) and when I selected 0 to leave a message. the call hung up! I eventually go a hold of the car company 90 mins before my booking and explained the situation. After all of that their driver STILL turned up!! Very very disappointing."

One the driver arrived, he was really polite. The drive was also OK."

"The driver was very kind and professional. Our flight was delayed but he was checking it before he came to pick us up. We had to wait 10 minutes for him to arrive but we only noticed it much as it was around 1am and we have two kids. The return time was perfect. Thank you."
