"Once I had received contact from my driver everything was great. My only issue was the telephone numbers I was given on my booking were unobtainable while I was in Italy, I was trying to call to say my flight was late, it was worrying not being able to get hold of anyone.
My driver was very pleasant and courteous and good driver."
